Beverly Sanchez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish — not just conversationally, but professionally, navigating contracts, negotiations, and legal documents with equal fluency in both languages.

Beverly serves New Jersey's vibrant Hispanic and Latino communities across New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Elizabeth, and beyond. She understands the unique challenges that many immigrant families face — including ITIN-based financing, unfamiliarity with the American mortgage process, and the importance of multigenerational housing considerations — and she has the expertise to address each one.

Her work as a home buyer seminar instructor has reached hundreds of Spanish-speaking families who previously believed homeownership was out of reach. Beverly's mission is to make the path to homeownership clear, accessible, and achievable for every family she serves, regardless of language or background.
